| First Sledding Excursion ... At 8 weeks Norah came along when we took the rest of the "crew" out for a jaunt. She took to the snow like ... well, like a malamute! (below, Norah is pictured in the sled bag for a well deserved rest) |

| While we got our gear ready, she entertained herself by running underfoot the six mals that were to run on team, She visited everyone on the line and fit right in. She loved them, and they loved her! (below is Norah visiting her buddy Hooch on the line) |
| Once we hooked everyone up on the 2 teams, Norah opted to spend most of her time running in lead with Luna. After about a mile (an impressive distance for such a wee one!) she fell back a bit to ran another mile between the sled runners ... smart girl. She then spent some time hangin' back with our cross-country skier companion. After a few miles we plopped her in the sled bag, and she rode proudly like a princess riding a motorcar in the parade! |

| A month later ... At just over 3 months old, Norah got to wear her very own harness! Given her tender age we didn't actually hook her up yet, but she ran enthusastically along with the team on our next carting excursion as though she was an old pro ... and most important for a wee pup, thought it was a grand game! |
